Know More
The new Master Marketing experience makes foodservice feel seamless.
Built for both customers and internal teams
This project features a marketing site that prioritizes quick access and clarity—and a portal that makes team workflows smarter, faster, and friendlier.

Problem
Clients were overwhelmed by a dated, cluttered website with poor information hierarchy and no mobile optimization. Internally, employees relied on scattered tools and outdated portals that slowed collaboration and complicated tasks.
For a brand that prides itself on responsiveness and efficiency, this fragmented experience was costing both time and trust.

Solution
The new Sunlow system solves for both sides of the experience: customers and internal teams.
Public Website:
Streamlined Navigation
Reorganized for how clients think — The navigation was restructured around client priorities, not internal jargon: Solutions, Brands, Resources, About, and Contact.
Persistent quick access — Sticky nav with essential links (like ordering or rep contact) ensures users don’t have to scroll or dig.
Responsive and accessible — Works seamlessly across devices with large tap targets, contrast-friendly styling, and keyboard navigation support.
Search that actually works — Implemented keyword-matching across product names, service areas, and brand terms for fast discovery.
In-Depth Brand Category Pages
Branded landing experiences — Each product brand under the Master Marketing umbrella has its own customizable page that reflects its tone, packaging, and unique value.
Organized by need, not just name — Users can explore categories like Grab & Go, Premium Ingredients, or Vegan Options, making it easier to discover relevant products.
Visual product tiles + info — Each product preview includes rich visuals, quick specs, availability info, and a direct CTA to request samples or contact a rep.
Storytelling and positioning — Includes narratives about sourcing, regional partnerships, and why the brand matters in foodservice—not just specs.
Industry Blog & Resource Hub
Designed as a value driver — The blog isn’t just content marketing—it’s a hub for trends, prep tips, menu inspiration, and customer success stories.
Readable and skimmable — Articles are built with headers, pull quotes, bold takeaways, and CTAs that link to related services or contact forms.
Connects to product lines — Blog content is cross-linked to featured brands or product categories to deepen engagement and discovery.
Highlighting thought leadership — Space for Master Marketing reps or partner chefs to share expertise and build brand credibility in the foodservice world.
Internal Portal:
File Sharing & Permission Control
Group-based access — Files can be shared with entire teams (e.g. Sales, Purchasing) or narrowed down to specific users with a people selector.
Role-sensitive visibility — Documents tagged as Private, Team Only, or Global restrict visibility based on user permissions.
Smart notifications — Shared files auto-alert recipients, while file owners receive activity logs to track views and downloads.
Version control + comments — Upload history and threaded comments allow safe, collaborative revisions without overwriting.
Project Tracker & Task Manager
Project hub with custom workflows — Each campaign or initiative gets its own workspace with task columns, calendar views, and file embeds.
Task assignment + due dates — Team members can be assigned to tasks with status indicators, subtasks, and priority tags.
Planning board — Timeline or sprint-style views help teams forecast workload across weeks or months.
Comment threads + updates — Tasks are conversational, keeping updates and feedback organized in one place.
Invoice & Contract Management
Contract creator tool — Generates branded, structured documents from templates (e.g. vendor agreements, NDAs, sales contracts).
Invoice tracker — Status indicators like Pending, Paid, Overdue, and Flagged help finance teams stay on top of cash flow.
Client and vendor tagging — Each invoice or contract is assigned to a contact, enabling filtered views and automatic reminders.
Document linking — Invoices and contracts can be tied directly to a project or task for traceability.

In Action
Sunlow is more than a website—it’s a confidence-building system that serves foodservice professionals on both sides of the screen.
The brand direction blends professional polish with approachable tone, ensuring it feels fast without being sterile. For clients, it says: “We see you, and we made this simple.” For staff, it says: “We’ve got your back.”
Every page respects users’ time, energy, and expectations—whether they’re placing a big order or checking internal logistics on the go.
