Man Walking

Problem

In today’s hybrid and flexible workspaces, the physical environment often fails to meet the emotional and comfort needs of employees. Temperature settings are typically top-down, static, and divisive—leading to discomfort, loss of focus, and tension.

Standard climate control systems don’t account for personal variance, daily activity changes, or emotional input. And while sustainability is a goal, it’s rarely shared at the user level.

Solution

Nest Sync introduces a democratic and emotionally intelligent way to manage office comfort.

Through a simple “I’m feeling…” input—ranging from Too Cold to Just Right—the system collects team feedback and dynamically adjusts the climate based on averaged comfort levels. A customizable Nest Companion adds a playful layer of interaction, while the dashboard displays room stats, schedules, and energy-saving progress.

Gamification encourages collaboration: save energy as a team, earn leaderboard status, and unlock rewards. Everyone contributes to comfort and sustainability.
